發展學生獨立、多角度及批判性思考能力。
配合成長的需要，加深學生自我認識，了解個人在家庭、社會、國家及世界的角色與責任。
透過生活事例教學，讓學生在個人、家庭、學校、社會及世界五大範疇上，養成良好習慣，並在日常生活中加以實踐。
